When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-orders ship from 1 November, in the order they were placed. We'll email your tracking the day your parcel leaves.
Will my order be split into two parcels?
No. Everything in your order ships together in one parcel, with one postage charge.
Am I charged now?
Yes, at checkout. Change your mind before it ships and we'll refund you in full.
Why is Pelli coming home?
We're moving our warehouse home to Fremantle so our own team can pack and check every order.
Can I get something sooner?
Yes. Our Outlet pieces are already in Fremantle and ship now. If you add them to an order with pre-order items, the whole order ships together from 1 November.
