Discount Code Terms & Conditions

• • Only one discount or discount code can be used per order. If multiple offers are available, our system will apply the best offer automatically and other discounts will be ignored.

  • All discounts and discount codes have an expiry date. Expired codes can’t be redeemed.

  • Discount codes are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise.

  • Codes are system-generated and must be entered at checkout. They can’t be added after an order is placed, can’t be redeemed for cash, and can’t be exchanged.

  • Welcome discounts are for first-time customers only and can’t be used on repeat purchases.

  • Some codes require a minimum order value (i.e $50 per item or per order, but this may vary by promotion).

  • Some codes can be used with free shipping, while others can’t - please check the specific offer terms.

  • Unless stated otherwise, discount codes don’t apply to sale items, bundles, gift cards, or other excluded products listed in the offer details.

  • Offers are subject to availability and may end early if products sell out.

  • Refunds for returned items will be issued for the discounted price paid, not the original retail price.

  • Discount codes are non-transferable and not for resale.

  • Offers are valid online at pellibags.com.au in AUD only, unless stated otherwise.

  • Pelli reserves the right to update, pause, or withdraw any promotion, and to cancel orders or void codes where misuse or fraud is suspected

• Free Gift Promotions – Returns & Exchanges

  • Where a promotion includes a free gift with purchase, the gift is only available while stocks last and is conditional on keeping the qualifying item(s).

  • Change-of-mind returns: If you return a qualifying order for a change of mind, you must also return the free gift unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

    • Please note that return of free-gifts are subject to the $10 restocking fee

    • If the free gift is not returned, is used, damaged, or missing, we will decline the change-of-mind return or deduct the gift’s recommended retail value from your refund.

  • Exchanges: If you exchange a qualifying item for a different item that no longer meets the promotion requirements, the free gift must be returned or its value may be charged to the order.

  • Faulty items / consumer guarantee claims: Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a refund or replacement is required under the consumer guarantees, we’ll handle the free gift fairly and in line with the law.
