Natural jute is chosen for its lower impact and breathable performance. It will soften, shed slightly, and show signs of wear over time. With the right care, it is made to last, but it will not perform like synthetic materials. These changes are part of its character, not a fault.

Brush off loose sand and dirt after use
Wipe clean inside and out with a cold, damp cloth
Dry thoroughly before storing, especially the lining
Do not place loose ice inside, use ice packs only
Avoid heat and extended direct sun
Avoid hand washing, machine washing, and dry cleaning
Store in a cool, dry place, folded flat or in shape

End of Use
Once fully worn out, remove any zips, straps, or hardware for reuse or recycling. Repurpose the fabric where possible, or follow local textile recycling guidelines. The natural jute outer and insulation can be composted at home where suitable.
