How much is shipping within Australia?
We offer shipping within Australia based on weight. 0 - 0.5kg = $9.95, 0.51kg to 1.5kg = $12.45, 1.5kg to 3kg = $16.95 and 3kg to 8kg = $19.95. For bulk or wholesale orders please email email@example.com and we can quote specific shipping prices.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your email will contain your tracking details.
Please ensure you regularly check the email used when placing your order, as this is where all correspondence will be sent.

How much is international shipping?
We currently ship to New Zealand and will be adding additional international countries in the very near future. Current shipping price to New Zealand for 0-8kg is $25.
If you are in another country and would like to place an order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily assist you.
All orders are sent with signature on delivery, unless economy shipping method is selected.

Do 'FREE SHIPPING' offers apply to international orders?
We are SO sorry, but due to highly variable shipping costs we are unable to offer FREE SHIPPING on any international orders.

Can I get Express shipping?
I just placed my order, when will my items ship?
All of our stock is held in Fremantle WA, so we aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 business days from the date you placed the order. ‘Business days’ means a day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Western Australia, Australia. Please be aware, we also close for a period of time over the Christmas holidays each year and we will advise accordingly by posting relevant dates on our website regarding when your order will be processed.
NB - this excludes pre-orders or orders on advanced stock. Pre-order conditions are separate to our regular terms and conditions. We will supply these with a pre-order and recommend you read carefully as there can be some additional waiting times.
Are delivery times guaranteed?
We wish we could! But alas, we only guarantee our packing times (and these are subject to arrival of stock on pre-orders and advanced stock orders). Due to the rather volatile nature of the delivery service, customs and more, we can NOT guarantee our delivery times.
How long does it take to receive my order from when it has been shipped?
As per above, we cannot guarantee your delivery, however we love managing expectations as best we can. So, we ship with Australia Post and Sendle and here are their approximate delivery times:

Can I order 'pre order' and 'in stock' items together?
Yes, but please note, the in stock items will be sent together with your pre-ordered items when they arrive. So the order will be sent when the last item arrives.
I want my In-Stock items now? Can you send?
Due to the way our pesky shopping cart allocates shipping costs, we can only ship the entire order together. So, if you order a pre order item with in stock items, your complete order will be sent once ALL items are in stock.
If you want (neeeed!) to receive items separately, please place a separate order. This will ensure the shipping costs are accurately allocated to do a separate shipping of your products.
NB: Please order carefully, as we usually DO NOT split orders once they have been placed.
Oops, I didn't read the FAQ's and have already placed a combined order. What now?
If you've already placed your order and you want the in-stock item to come first, please contact our customer service team on email@example.com and they should be able to take an additional shipping fee and process the order.
What if I have entered an incorrect address without realising?
This is the responsibility of the customer, we hope you triple check these important details before checkout. Please contact us to arrange the second shipment, this will however be at the customers cost. A separate shipping invoice will be sent accordingly.
I received the wrong product.
Oops. Super disappointing, and please accept our apologies. Please submit a request via our contact page or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 working days of receipt of your order and we will rectify.
Please let us know the issue you are having and include a picture or video if possible. We will get back to you with a solution as soon as we can.
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. PELLI Bags reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
Anyone purchasing outside of Australia will not be charged GST. The 10% GST fee will be discounted at checkout.

Please try your email address instead of phone number in the checkout. Afterpay does not work without an email address.
How do I use a gift voucher/promo code?
Once you have checked out, on the right-hand side of the screen is a box that says ‘Discount’- enter your code there and press Apply.
My promo code/gift voucher isn’t working!
Please firstly check you’ve entered the code in the right case (upper or lower), secondly, check the expiry of the code from the source of the code, or contact us via the website.
How many codes can we use in one order?
We can only use one code at a time. Check which code you have togive you the bigger discount!
I don’t like my product, can I return it?
For Australian customers only.
We gladly accept returns of unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
To initiate a return, please read our Returns & Refunds Policy and follow the process as outlined.
Please note: All items must be returned UNUSED and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING for a refund to be processed.
Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
Do your bags contain plastic?
Our market bags and produce bags are plastic free. Our cooler bags contain an insulated foam and liner and our grocery bags are laminated. We consciously made this choice based on customer feedback that need for their bags to be spill proof, sturdy and durable and have the ability to be wiped out after use.
Our bags are designed to be used for a long time - we hope at least two to five years (hopefully many more!). In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault within one year of purchase date, we will repair your bag at no cost.
What if you can't repair the bag?
If we can't repair your bag, we will replace it at no product cost. However we do ask for our customers to pay the postage cost both ways.
Where are your products made?
Our products are designed in Australia and made for us by ethical and long term manufacturing partners in Australia and China. We visit our manufacturers regularly to check working conditions and environmental practices first hand and have worked for them for more than ten years.
